We had an amazing stay at this hotel in the heart of the city. The location was perfect, right in the center of everything. The hotel facilities were great, withnice and neat rooms that had high ceilings. The staff were helpful and provided really good service. We also loved the fact that there were several restaurants, bars, and cafes associated with the hotel, ensuring that we had plenty of dining options. the hotel had great transportation options, making it easy for us to explore the city.

The rooms are spacious and well-equipped with amenities such as coffee/tea facilities, iron/ironing board, and comfortable beds. The bathrooms are clean with good amenities. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast with a variety of options to choose from. The hotel also offers facilities such as an indoor swimming pool and beauty salons.
The security service at the entrance could be more polite and welcoming. A simple "hello" or "welcome" would go a long way in enhancing the overall guest experience.

This hotel is an excellent choice for luxury seekers. the staff is friendly and attentive, making sure all my needs were met. the Spa & Wellness Centre is the ideal relaxing spot, with a stunning indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and treatment rooms. Body scrub and massages are available to make the experience even more luxurious. the restaurant offers delicious meals, and the poolside snack bar is perfect for light bites. the central location is a plus, with plenty of options for live entertainment nearby.
Though the staff was accommodating and able to provide me with a customized meal, it would be beneficial to have more vegetarian options available.

Luxurious hotel with impressive facilities and nicely decorated rooms. Vibrant rooftop restaurant with delicious food and panoramic city views. Excellent room service and diverse dining choices. Free car parking and no surcharges for international ATM withdrawals.

This hotel provided a luxurious spa experience with a heated indoor pool, invigorating sauna, body wraps, and massages. the beauty treatments were exceptional and the spa lounge was a peaceful retreat. the location was ideal, within walking distance to many tourist sites and local eateries. the room was well-appointed with exclusive amenities, including a private balcony with sun loungers. The restaurant offered a delectable in-room breakfast and a dinner buffet that catered to all tastes. Cons: the only minor issue we encountered was the lack of live entertainment. the restaurant had a poolside snack bar and a bar/lounge area.

Excellent breakfast with a variety of options, including freshly squeezed orange juice and egg benedict. The rooms were spacious and equipped with luxury L'Occitane/Atelier Cologne toiletries. The hotel's central location made it easy to explore nearby tourist sights. The rooftop restaurant boasted beautiful decor and both indoor and outdoor seating areas. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. I would definitely choose to stay here again in the future.
